A healthier me

So I've finally made some progress into a healthier summer. I've been so busy lately that taking the steps to do and eat healthier things has become kind of difficult. This week has been a change in pace though. I've been making healthier selections in what I drink and eat...(except today sour gummy worms and a coke;it was a rough day at the DMV, I needed a little pick me up)

I drink a glass of green tea everyday


I snack on these instead of something sweet when I crave it
And I start my first P90x lean today. Let me just tell you that it was a work out and a hard one at that. I'm not looking to get ripped or anything. I just want to be more toned.


There are my steps so far. I know it isn't much, but its a big step for my lazy behind.

The awards that I have received will get posted soon and tagged. I appreciate them so much and I'm sorry if it seems like I don't, I'm just SO busy! TGIF! I hope everyone has a great start to their weekend!

  4. I did P90X and it really does work if you stick with it. Its just hard to do it EVERY day since some of the videos are over an hour long!

  6. I wish I could start drinking green tea. I am too much of a coffee addict. My switched after his doctor told him that his coffee habits were affecting his heart, yikes, but that's definitely the fate I have in store.
